Teetemple's first collection "Minimalistic"
The concept and idea behind making of first collection is clear by its name “Minimalistic”. Teetemple as a brand wanted to create a collection that can be simply worn and styled with minimum effort. The main motive of first collection is to create a design that is simple yet eye catching.
All the designs in our first collection is inspired by the animals, nature, myth and folklores around the asian culture.
All the five designs or prints we have created by using ‘Line Art Design’ and Screen Printing technique with single coloured ink (Black and White Ink).
Line art design is a style where distinct lines and minimal detail is used to create a design. We have used screen printing technique to create our designs.
Line art design creates a clear vision of the design which looks simple, unique, elegant and clean.
The collection is consist of five different designs or prints in three different colour of t-shirts i.e., Red, White and Black t-shirt.
White and Black t-shirts are often seen as a versatile and basic colour in terms of clothing. It can be worn and styled with so many outfits.
On the other hand we wanted a pop up colour t-shirt that can be worn casually as well as in some special occasions. For that we choose ‘Red’ as our third colour because it has a significant meaning and values in many asian culture and also represents our brand image.
It is such a powerful and attactive colour that can make any basic outfit standout.
The first collection of 'Teetemple' consist of five printed t-shirts, they are:
1. The Dragon Tee: A bold dragon line art is designed in the back and front side of the Red oversized t-shirt (unisex) which is inspired by the Tai-Ahom culture of Assam and also plays an important role in Chinese tradition.
2. The Mythical Tee: A beautiful and eye-catching mythical creatures are designed in both front and back side of white oversized tshirts (unisex). Inspired by the mythology and folklore around the world.
3. The Fox Tee: It is an oversized t-shirt which is unisex in nature, can be worn by both men and women. Black in colour which makes it very versatile to style. Comes with front and back fox printed graphic. The idea behind this design is to showcase the inner wild, fearless and intelligent side.
4. The Heart Tee: This design is a special part of this collection for all the womens who love pinterest vibe. It is a women’s red crop t-shirt with soft cotton fabric with a heart shape illustration on the front-middle side of the t-shirt which looks super elegant and stylish. The design is inspired by the nature and its beauty.
5. The Garden Tee: It is a versatile women’s white crop t-shirt which comes with a minimal back print design made with an illustration, inspired by the beauty of garden, fairytale and nature. It gives a pure and clean look.
