Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite
you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Return Rights

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days.
• The Goods are in the original packaging.
• The goods are received damaged (In this case, please contact us through our official email id: info@olive-dogfish-559960.hostingersite.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Also send photos and a description of the damage. Once approved, we will credit refund within 7 business days to the original payment method.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, damaged.
• The Price Tag and All Bills are missing or damaged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Duration of Refund:

Once your returned goods are received by us we will initiate the refund to your bank account within 7 business days to the original payment method.

No Exchange

We do not offer exchange facility at the moment.
